Missions Publiques

is an agency specialized in citizen participation based in Paris, Bonn and Brussels. Since 1998, we have initiated or organized over 1,300 citizen dialogues in 125 countries

Our action

We are working to invent new models of shared governance for better decisions today and tomorrow.

Bringing citizens into policy

No subject is too complex or too divisive to be discussed with citizens and stakeholders. Making it possible to express and listen to divergent opinions is the basis for dialogue.

Challenging assumptions

Not being assigned to a role, allowing yourself to be put in danger, adopting another point of view... it is by accepting to leave their comfort zone that citizens, representatives of civil society, decision-makers in communities, institutions or companies produce collective intelligence.

Meeting the challenges of the 21st century

Meeting the challenge of major transitions today requires relying on the lever of a lively, expressive and inclusive democracy to build a desirable and just future.

We activate citizen expertise

to co-construct policies of general interest and feed the long-term strategies of public and private organizations
